Secure building with in-unit laundry, and a reserved garage parking space. Located in the vibrant Sunnyside *Belmont* neighborhood, and just a couple blocks from Laurelhurst Park, near some of Portland’s best shops and restaurants. The condo faces a quiet residential street, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The space Enjoy the heart of Portland at The Robin's Nest off 38th and Belmont. Walk to shops, beautiful park, restaurants, movie theaters, bars, and more. The central location makes this an easy commute for those coming to work in Portland. - Secure Building with gated garage parking and bike storage - 1 bedroom with Queen Sized bed, plenty of closet space (hangers provided), a large dresser, and bluetooth radio alarm clock. - 1 full shower/bath combination fully stocked with ample towels, hair dryer, and a starter supply of soaps and shampoo/conditioner. - In-unit washer and dryer, with starter supply of detergent, vacuum, and cleaning supplies. - Open Floor Plan with fantastic light and peaceful views looking out to the treetops of Laurelhurst Park. *Laurelhurst is a great park with a walking/running path, picnic tables, duck pond, playground, basketball and tennis courts. - Spacious Kitchen with all you need to cook meals at home, Keurig, french press, blender, and more. - Workspace with desk and comfortable chair. Extra power strip provided for those who need it. - All utilities included, WiFi, Smart Roku TV with Netflix,, etc (use your own log-ins), Bluetooth speaker to play music from your own device. - Walk-out balcony (Please note: there is just room to stand, balcony does not extend beyond doorway on both sides.) *Window on one side does open for a nice breeze, or there is central AC. - Our condo is the top floor of the building; there is never a worry of hearing footsteps above. *We do in turn ask our guests to be considerate of our lower floor neighbors. Other things to note: - Flexible check-in and check-out times, dependent on cleaning schedule. - Owner lives nearby and available 24/7 for any assistance needed. - No pets: owner is very allergic to pet dander.
