We are just a couple blocks away from one of the city's most beautiful parks (Laurelhurst), complete with duck pond and jogging / walking path. Some local favorite spots within walking distance are Hoda’s, Stumptown Coffee, Accanto, Baghdad Theater, and Powells on Hawthorne, just to name a few! Car not needed but we have secure parking and bike storage for those with a vehicle or bike. Easy to walk to groceries, restaurants, bars, and shops. Stumptown coffee just a couple blocks away. Many buses close by, and the Max is about a 15-20 minute walk north. NikeTown bikes nearby for rental. Easy to Lyft as well. No pets: owner is very allergic to pet dander.
