Private bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom in a shared townhouse in Boalsburg. Located right on 322, which provides easy access to the highway. Just a 10 minute drive to Beaver Stadium or downtown State College. The space Second floor room with a queen sized bed, beautiful view of Tussey Mountain, and private bathroom. Guest access Entryway from the front door opens right at the foot of the stairs, which leads up to the second floor where the guest room is located. Amenities include: parking in the driveway, access to washer and dryer, linens, towels and use of the shared kitchen area. During your stay I enjoy greeting each guest if our schedule allows. I'm happy to answer any questions, including local recommendations for where to go. Other things to note Unlike the hotels, there is no restriction on the required number of nights during football season. Also, I am not looking to rent this room for more than a few nights at a time. It is a very convenient location for the State College area. However, being so close to 322 also means there is some noise from the highway. I believe the perks of the space and location, far outweigh the noise. Plus, earplugs are provided.
