The space The home is a typical northwest Ohio 1960’s brick ranch with full basement. You will find many unique features of the period including a beautiful custom built mid mod room divider in the living room. On the first floor you will find all three bedrooms, the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. In the basement you will find a gathering place for some family fun from the variety of board games, Xbox to a friendly game of football on the vintage foosball table. When you need a quiet moment to stretch and relax you can find peace in the yoga nook. The breezeway with four person MasterSpa hot tub leads into the privately fenced backyard with a fire pit, two hammocks and patio dining set. Guest access There is a driveway with room for three vehicles. This home is located on the non-college side of BG. There is a small business complex just 1/4 mile west of the house which has a restaurant, bakery, and an ice cream shop about an 2 minute drive. There are many parks, restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute drive of the house. There are multiple grocery stores just an 8-10 minute drive from the house. Access to the hot tub is only for registered guests due to liability insurance. Other things to note The breezeway is a modified outdoor space. Bugs are possible in the space especially if you open the garage door to the backyard or windows. Washer and dryer are available in an unfinished part of the basement. Laundry detergent and dry sheets are provided for a few loads of laundry. If you bring your own, the washer takes HE laundry detergent.
