The bike-trail, 2 lakes & multiple parks are located just down the street in either direction. Conveniently, for those with children, the elementary school is .02 miles away. The space This is a 5-bedroom home (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs) with to new Laz-y-Boy Sleeper Sofas with Memory Foam, 2 sets of new Samsung washer and 2 dryers, 2 bathrooms with tiled floors and a jacuzzi. Guest access Double Garage access is available for an additional $25/night during your stay. Other things to note There is a keyless entry into the home and garage All Guests are required to remove their footwear upon entry into the Home. Shoe shelves are set up to store your footwear in the entryway and inside your bedroom closet. *Use of separate clean Indoor footwear (slippers/sandals/flip-flops) is permitted inside the Home. Cigarette Smoking and vaping are only permissible outdoors, and are strictly forbidden inside the Home. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed inside the Home or on the property. Host or maintenance reserves the right to enter into the listing in the event of an emergency, plumbing, gas, electrical, structural, water, act of God, or failed breaker switch issue.
