This "Retro" home was built back in 1935 and has so much character with a gorgeous view of Netarts Bay. Close to clamming and crabbing and you can easily walk to the Bay and Ocean. Upper level apartment with a separate lower level apt available to rent! The 'Retro Retreat' is a 2 level home with 2 separate units with 2 separate entrances and this is the UPSTAIRS unit. The apartment is 500 square feet and has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a full kitchen. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and there is a comfy futon out in the living room. There is Wifi and a landline, so you can stay connected while on vacation. There is plenty of room to park your truck and boat and also a convenient outdoor fish cleaning station. The fire pit in the yard is a great gathering spot and has a great view of the Bay! There is a $25 pet fee for the additional cleaning required after your departure. The rate varies depending on the time of year. ***Damage insurance is used instead of a damage deposit. The cost is $35 and will cover you up to $3,000 in damages. The $35 has been added to the "cleaning fee" in rate details. Dogs are allowed, but there is an extra flat $25 dog fee. NO dogs will be allowed without paying the fee. I will send a request through Airbnb for the pet fee since there is not a way to add it on Instant Book reservations. 3 night Minimum stay for holidays.
