The house is separated into 2 areas. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The guest area has 4 master-suites -with full bath & kitchenette & private sitting area. The space The property has vast gardens and outdoor space. There is ample space to socialize indoors and outdoors. The house is especially ideal for large groups as there are so many different areas within the property to relax. There is a main kitchen and lounge area, but 4 of the bedrooms also have sitting areas with couches, kitchenettes, etc. The covered outdoor patio by the pool has a lot of sitting areas, a bar, bathroom and BBQ area. The house is walking distance to the beach and the center of town – 10 minutes or a quick ride. There is a gym, fish market and small grocery store a 2 minute walk from the house.
