You'll love your stay in this beautiful home right on the golf course in the Caldera Springs community just south of Sunriver. A perfect base-camp for exploring all the area has to offer; the river, mountains, restaurants, shopping and more. Just a short walk down the street will bring you to the pond, Quarry pool, playground, sports courts and golf course. Inside the first floor living space is a spacious living room with gas fireplace and cozy furnishings. Adjacent to the living room is a cook's dream kitchen with gourmet appliances, beautiful and cozy leather furniture and a dining room for a family meal where you can share your day's adventures. The primary suite includes a new,comfy King bed and private attached bathroom with a soaking tub perfect for relaxing and refueling after a long day of exploring Central Oregon. On the second floor you will find a spacious loft area, a perfect spot to relax with a good book, enjoy the gorgeous views or pull out the sofa bed for a nap.  Two more bedrooms round out the upstairs, each with cozy King beds and private baths. All bedrooms have smart TVs when you're in need of catching up on your favorite shows. The outdoor space is not to be missed, grill up a juicy steak on the Traeger Grill or hop in the hot tub and watch the stars with Mt Bachelor as a perfect backdrop in the distance. This home includes 4 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to the Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course. This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply Guest access Home access information will be sent 7 - 10 days prior to arrival. All homes are set up for self check-in, no need to stop by the office, just go straight to the home. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
