Lush San Roque family friendly home. Located 5 blocks from upper State St, 3 miles from the beach, and foot steps to a great park and hiking trails. Enjoy shopping, museums and restaurants just down the street or escape noise in our 1/3 of an acre of sub-tropical backyard garden oasis with mature fruit trees . Our home is the perfect place to entertain or just relax with the family. Please private message me with any questions on flexible dates or amenities we may be able to accommodate. The space We are located on a corner lot of San Roque road at the base of the Santa Barbara foothills. The property is a single family home and not shared by any other occupants. We are asking to a 3 to 4 week minimum in the month of July and we will possibly except a small hypoallergenic dog as well. Please inquire. Guest access Plenty of free street parking. Guests must provide picture ID ( drivers license) upon booking request for security check and safety.
