Additionally, on-site there is a 18-person hot tub, which is the perfect way to recover after a full day of skiing or hiking. Regardless of the season, this is the perfect destination to plan your mountain escape! Welcome to Interlude 203! This unit is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring unbeatable ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more. Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Interlude, there is a newly built 18-person hot tub which a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing or hiking. There is one covered parking space right below each condo. In the parking space, there is a storage shed that you may place belongings (skis, bikes, etc.) in for safe keeping. If you need parking for an additional vehicle, you may purchase a parking pass from the Laurelwood front desk for $16.00/day in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer and fall. This condo includes a washer/dryer for guest use, but we ask that you bring your own detergent if you wish to use them. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but box fans are provided in each bedroom closet and they are very effective in cooling the rooms down quickly. We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember! You will check-in at Laurelwood Condominiums located at 640 Carriage Way, Snowmass Village, CO 81615. For better reference, our office is right across from Parking Lot 12 in the Upper Village. Upon check-in, you will be given a keypad combo, a map to your unit and general info about the property and the area. In the summer & winter, our office is open from 8am-9pm. In the off-season, our hours are 8am-5pm. If you arrive after the office has closed, there will be a lockbox on the backdoor of the check-in office. You will see a sign with our afterhours number to call and they will give you a code to the lockbox. Inside the lockbox will be a key packet with your name on it. If you check-in afterhours, we ask that you come to the front desk the following day to get properly checked in. You will check-in with the Laurelwood front desk who will give you keys to your condo and general information about the property and area. The staff is there to help you with any and all questions or concerns during your stay. The free RFTA bus is a short 5-minute walk from Interlude Condominiums and takes you back and forth into Aspen while also stopping at the three other Ski Resorts in the area. The free Snowmass Village shuttle can be called for a pick-up upon request.
