The Olive Tree is located south of 30A in the Summers Edge community with access to 2 pools (1 is directly in front of house). 5 exterior porches, 3 of which have beach views, 2 of which overlook one of the community pools. Features two master suites with attached master baths, one queen bedroom, one bunk room (sleeps 4), one fold out couch (sleeps 2) & one trundle bed (sleeps 2) on the 3rd floor birds nest. 1 gig internet private wifi. TVs in every room (6 total). Our guests will have access to our 2 kayaks & 2 bikes (use at your own risk). Baby gates & high chair available if needed. Our guests will have access to 3 private parking spaces, free street parking, 2 private community pools and private beach access. We never intrude on our guests vacations, but we pride ourselves on super-fast responses through Airbnb's messenger.
