The slopes around Argentière are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some of the higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. For something more relaxing there is the renowned QC Termes spa in Chamonix (15 minute drive). Geneva airport is a 1-hour 25-minute drive from the apartment. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, either by bus (22 mins) or by train (18mins), on the Mont Blanc Express.
