Nestled on 11 acres of private land, GBH is a short drive from all the popular State Park trails. No matter the season, you’re guaranteed to make lasting memories here. The space Gingerbread's charming space greets you with elaborate architecture. Enjoy the conveniences of modern family life, such as wifi and Hulu Live TV, while surrounded by the beauty of the Hocking Hills. The main level features a half bathroom, an open living space with a gas fireplace, a large TV, and an oversized couch and chairs. Adjacent to the living room is a cozy nook for reading or bird watching. Walk through the ornate doorway to the dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities of a home. Off the kitchen, is the large deck that overlooks a stocked pond for catch-and-release fishing, a wooded hillside, and a meadow with occasional wildlife visitors. A short walk from the deck is a 5-person hot tub, a fire ring, and an outdoor gazebo. The main level also features a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a desk. Head up the floating staircase, and grab a book or a game from the built-in shelving or watch TV. This area also has a comfortable couch and a door that leads to a balcony overlooking the pond. Off the upstairs living area, is the master suite which features a king bed and a full bathroom. The upper level also has the perfect kid's room with three twin trundle beds and a full bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for a couple of locked closets. Other things to note If children are staying, guests should supervise children at all times due to the pond's close proximity to the house.
