Location, location, location ...on the' Pool', a tidal estuary, that offers mesmerizing views of sunrise and moonrise in an ever-.changing golden light. Total privacy and quiet as we are off the main rd at the 'quiet end' of island where birds and nature reign. Peaceful walks towards Crow island will restore your soul daily and give your dog a chance to run free. The Island General Store, Library , Congregational Church, Community Center and Historic Society with Hitty's Café are all within walking or biking distance. There is always something happening on this active island for families with kids, singles and older adults. The space We have two master bedrooms at opposite ends of hall upstairs with spacious double bath and two dressingrooms inbetween. I have used one or two of dressing rooms for toddlers/young children to sleep near but not in same room as parents. Guest access Whole house and studio/workshop is available to guests. Other things to note The Cranberry General store has a wide variety of ordinary and gourmet items and Friday is fresh fish day! Holly the manager is willing to order you a special item or two from mainland and have it delivered to store. Also Pine Tree Market in NorthEast Harbor will deliver your order to dock for just 5$! The boat boys load it on and take it off at GCI for you to pick up. The food at Hittys Cafe is fantastic for lunch ,ice cream snacks and take home . I)sleford Dock restaurant is exceptional and only a 10 min ferry ride away(free if you take Cranberry Cove ferry!
