A dining table with chairs and a flat-screen TV completes the area. The living room benefits from a convenient half bath consisting of a sink and toilet. The property, then continues with the sleeping area, consisting of four bedrooms with queen-size beds, flat-screen TVs, and ample closets; three of these boast private bathrooms, all with showers; two of these rooms also have desks. An additional bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet completes the sleeping area. The apartment layout is completed by the private laundry room, consisting of a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board, as well as a small cellar where bicycles can be parked or suitcases can be left. To ensure a luxurious experience, the outdoor area offers guests a beautiful private garden, two small private pools, and a large covered porch!
