The main rooms face due south, overlooking the pool and the coastline looking toward the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. Everything is included to ensure you enjoy a relaxing stay: beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, in-unit washer/dryer, flat panel TVs with High Definition cable TV and DVD players in each room. Comfortably sleeps 6: King bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest suite, and a queen sofa bed, with 2 luxurious bathrooms. Extras include unlimited local and long distance calling, free high speed wireless internet access and a computer for your use in the guest suite, a secure in-room hotel safe and key-less entry into the unit. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Surfers will love our location - recognized as one of the best surf hotspots on the East Coast. This is a great place to learn to surf so set aside some time to hit the waves! Boat rentals, charters, and expert guide services make fishing easy, and these resources are almost as plentiful as the fish themselves. Flagler Avenue is only minutes away by car which offers tons of shopping, restaurants/bars, cafes and more. There are also some beachfront restaurants- "Ocean's Tiki Bar", "The Breakers Oceanfront Restaurant & Bar", and "Chases on the Beach" to enjoy the view! We are located on the non drive section of the beach. This is a family friendly area. - Quiet time is between 10pm-9am - Pool closes at dusk - Please rinse off sand from beach toys and boogie boards before bringing back into the unit.
