Jefferson and other Oregon peaks in the distance. The return trip features a stop at a popular fruit stand. Time at the Gorge White House, a historic landmark, allows tasting of local Oregon wines and other bounty (no host). There are hooks and bars in the garage to hang wet suits and other gear. You'll also find small coolers, sand chairs, and beach towels to use for the 'beach'. Umbrellas are right by the front door.
