The health resort of Sankt Englmar is picturesquely located at the foot of Pröller and Predigtstuhl. Around the apartment there are great destinations all year round such as Family World, 4D Arena, climbing forest, Waldwipfelweg or the Bavarian Forest Xperium. Whether hiking, mountain biking or skiing – there is something for everyone. The Bavarian Forest inspires with nature, fresh air and tranquility – ideal for switching off, relaxing and recharging your batteries for everyday life. The space Our apartment Kleine Auszeit offers you enough space for up to 5 people on a total of 53 m². You enter the apartment on the first floor. Here you will find the wardrobe, where you will also find everything for mini golf, table tennis and other outdoor games. A staircase leads to the bright living area with fully equipped kitchenette. The living area has a sunny south-facing balcony. This is newly designed and with a quiet view of the mini-golf course, which is illuminated in the evening and is therefore also beautiful to look at. Thanks to the cozy seating area, you can also eat comfortably, play games, simply enjoy the sun or end the evening in a relaxed manner. Back in the living area you will find  the cozy couch, which can be easily converted into a full bed (1.60 m lying surface) with slatted base and mattress, a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, radio with a large selection of children's CDs and many books and games for all ages. So even in bad weather, there is certainly no boredom. The kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster. A large fridge with freezer is of course also available. The dining table is large enough to play great family games in addition to eating together. The small but nice shower room is equipped with a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and other hygiene items. Last but not least, there is the bedroom. Here you will find a 1.80 large box spring bed, a bunk bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. Linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.
