VILLA ÉTOILE: 100 Yards/meters from Fire Island's best beach in a quieter, family area. Our simple 3-bedroom classic bungalow sleeps up to 6. Two bathrooms (1 w/shower). Bedrooms have A/C in summer. Screened windows & fans; front & back decks + balcony. Huge outdoor shower, BBQ, bikes, wagon, port-a-crib, games, 2 TVs, Netflix, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, full cooking gear, condiments, etc. We rent to families & QUIET groups who agree to STRICT noise rules. Parties NOT allowed! Minimum age 25. The space "Villa Etoile" Our 3-bedroom classic island bungalow has a great 2-story layout and amazing light throughout. It's perfect for a family (up to 6 people) or mature/QUIET/mellow group. All bedrooms have A/C in the summer, as well as screened windows and fans. The dining room and living room are in a large open space cooled by a high-speed ceiling fan, wall-mounted fan and screened windows. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms (one has a queen bed for 2, and the other has 2 twin beds); Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, full bathroom with glass-door shower. Upstairs: "master" bedroom has a queen-size bed for 2, wrap-around windows, private half-bathroom. The room can be opened up to overlook the downstairs living space and also has screened double French doors leading out to its own private BALCONY DECK. TWO large deck areas: one in the front with a picnic table and umbrella for lunching outside in the sun, and another deck, even more private, in the back of the house with Adirondack and lounge deck chairs to hang out in the sun or the shade as the tall bamboo stalks sway in the wind. Villa Étoile is equipped with: TV (with Netflix & streaming), WiFi, DVD, stereo; modern appliances (washer/dryer, D/W, stainless steel fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, coffee grinder, full cooking gear/utensils, basic condiments/spices, pots, pans, etc.), linens and & towels (bath & beach), porta-crib, bicycles & large wagon. There is a giant cedar outdoor shower surrounded by bamboo and trees, Weber BBQ grill (propane is included), patio & deck furniture, beach chairs & umbrellas, toys, games, books, etc. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests! Other things to note All utilities (WiFi, TV, electricity, propane gas, water) are included in the rental fee. The minimum age for booking is 25.
