Lovely cottage enjoy amazing sunsets from the back porch with first floor eat in kitchen- full refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee bar and grill. The living room features a comfy sofa and chair for reading with queen sofa bed and tv, 1st floor full bath walk in shower. 2nd floor has a lofted ceiling with a queen bed, vanity, tv, desk and chair. Lockbox entry. Pets allowed - extra fee. The space Equestrian estate with private cottage with view of mountains and pond. Private cottage with convenient parking. Guest access Guests are permitted at the cottage and designated common areas and are not permitted in the barns or riding arenas without permission. Guests are welcome to enjoy viewing tower and watch horses being exercised and trained. Other things to note Easy access to route 15. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Outdoor grill available for cooking. Laundry in basement of main house available during daylight hours and is $5 per load which includes 1 washer and dryer cycle. Please contact to arrange access. You can also pre order a breakfast package which will include pastries, fruit, bagel and eggs for preparing at your convenience. We welcome special requests for making your visit perfect. Pets are welcome but we request if left on site unattended that they be confined to the kitchen. There is a pet gate upstairs under bed. Pets (max 2) require a $30 fee for 1 and $50 for two additional fee which can be left on counter for deep cleaning by housekeeping or we can add to your reservation. Please let us know so we can put chair and sofa covers on furniture. Please clean up after your pet in the common area. All pets must be kept on leash. Only walk pets within the common area unless permission is arranged with farm manager to enter fields outside of common area. You are welcome to walk on the public road at entrance. There are three friendly farm dogs on property. If you are concerned please notify and we will confine if possible. Check in allowed anytime after 3 and is contactless via the lockbox. We request that guests message expected time of arrival and type of vehicle and let us know once you depart. If you are going to arrive late please message so our staff on site can be made aware.
