Rain and winds from storms and other areas are not granted refunds. Be mindful of hurricane season and for a few bucks add the insurance. Other things to note: * This property is NOT pet friendly. We reserve the right to charge anyone who violates this policy a $200 fee and to immediately end their stay without any refund. * Please note, we do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaners adequate time to enter and thoroughly prepare it to a 5-star standard. If a delayed departure or premature arrival does interfere with the cleaners ability to clean and prepare the home, we reserve the right to apply a $40 additional charge.
