The light-filled, sunny space has a full-sized fridge in the kitchen, bedroom separated by a free-standing wall. A sleeper sofa is available for more than 2 guests. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $20 fee for extra sheets and towels for more than 2 guests - payable in check or cash upon arrival. Please be sure to let us know when making your reservation if you need the extra linens, and also if you'd like the bed to be made up before you arrive or if you'd the sheets be bagged up so you can use the sofa during the day. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the Soque River where you will find a screened pavilion and a screened lounge with prep kitchen. A Big Green Egg and a gas grill are available for your use at the river. There is a stocked fire pit at the river's edge plus others on the property for your use. Below the shoals is a small island from which you can swim or launch kayaks which are available to rent through Melissa. Melissa lives 3 miles away and is available if you have any questions during your stay. You may explore all of the property using the map provided. Our Guide Book is available online for restaurant, shopping, sightseeing, and hiking suggestions. Parking is all around on the property and included. It is advisable that you have your own vehicle or a rental vehicle. (Note: The Barber Shop is our only pet-friendly space) Other things to note Although the property is secluded , it is located on a road with occasional neighborhood traffic.
