The space The house sits on a quiet, secluded street in central South Salem that is a mix of historic homes including the Governor's Mansion as well as other nice homes built during the last century. Adults tend to comment on the master suite with view of the gardens through the bay window, numerous dining spots, beds and linens, and genuine works of art adorning the walls. Kids are drawn to the lofts in upstairs bedrooms, the tower room, balcony, and toys and games. Half a block away is a nice park adjoining a turn of the century school with playground; four blocks away numerous dining options can be found, including the best coffee house/creperie and a restaurant with 20 beers on tap.
