Amazing Sun Flat!! Simple but extremely comfortable, 230 meters from Maresias beach. The beach is beautiful, with great waves attracting sportsmen and nature lovers, packed by a modern and relaxed climate. The Sun House Condominium is located on the beach avenue, on arrival in Maresias (from Boissucanga) and has an adult/children's swimming pool, waterfall, outdoor shower, barbecue, and 1 car seat per AP. We have a very efficient 24h concierge that helps the host in the check-in/out process. The space The property has 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite) both with mattress protector, pillow and closets and 2 bathrooms with electric shower, The en-suite is accessed by stairs and has a double bed and a Smart TV. The bedroom has 2 single box beds + 1 extra mattress for a 5th person/child. Integrated living room with kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for your meals, including stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, electric oven. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a Wi-Fi signal. Guests can use the clothesline in the hallway to dry their clothes/towels and use our wooden clothes hanger to store beach items. Note: We do not provide bed linens, towels, soap, or shampoo. We do not have a cable TV service. The suite's Smart TV has an HDMI cable and has the NETFLIX, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and YouTube apps installed, which the guest can access using their own login/password (don't forget to log out at check-out). You can also stream videos from your phone to the TV. The living room TV has an HDMI cable that can be connected to a laptop. We also have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse available.
