Tucked in the Blue Ridge mountains with lake and mountain views, our cabin offers you a wonderful retreat. It sits on over an acre OUTSIDE of the Rumbling Bald Resort gate and features all amenities the resort has to offer. While it may feel remote from civilization, it is just a couple of minutes from the resort. Property is ideal for large family vacations. The space Amazing large spacious house perfect for large families or multiple families! High-speed internet at the house for working from home or virtual learning. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 12 people (10 adults max). Description of layout - Main Level includes: Master bedroom - King Tempur-Pedic mattress, Guest bedroom #1: 2 twin bunk beds, kitchen, living room, full bathroom, game room/play room. Basement Level includes: Guest Bedroom #2: Queen Tempur-Pedic adjustable mattress, living room area with 2 twin daybeds with trundles. Partial lake & mountain views from deck. Property sits surrounded by hills and mountain views with abundance of nature all around. Outdoor features include large deck for entertaining which overlooks the firepit area down below. There are three large cedar log swings that overlook the front of property for you to enjoy and take in the sights and sounds that the great outdoors has to offer! *Lake Lure is currently closed for swimming and boating due to Hurricane Helene. Bald Mountain Lake is available for kayaks and paddleboards.* Guest access ALL GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE RUMBLING BALD RESORT! 10 guest passes provided (not needed for children). The resort features all the convenience, entertainment and amenities you need! Most of the features are located within 1.5 miles away from the home and can be accessed with the guest passes you will receive at check in. - Lake-front beach with swimming area, pavilion and playground. Lake currently closed for swimming due to damage from Hurricane Helene. Playground open. - 2 world-class golf courses (course and cart fees apply) - Wellness center featuring fitness equipment, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room & sauna - Spa - 2 outdoor pools (Open seasonally) - Outdoor lazy river (bring your own inner tube or purchase one at the snack bar) - Open daily from Memorial May-Labor Day and weekends for 2 weekends before and after the season - Tennis, volleyball and basketball courts - Outdoor games including corn hole, horseshoes and giant chess/checker boards - Putt-putt course ($5 per person - includes two rounds of putt-putt) - Fitness trail open to both hikers and mountain bikers - Easy access to lake activities including boat tours and pontoon rentals. Currently closed. - Kayak, pedal boat and stand up paddle board rentals.
