A pretty house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Walking distance to grocery store, coffee shops, liquor store, restaurants, even urgent care. A three block walk to a full recreation center, and 6 blocks to Pearl street Mall. Close to hiking trails and the foothills. El Dora ski area is a 35 minute drive. Secure Wifi, cable TV, DVD and Video player, collection of movies included. The space There is a fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals. It is is cozy and comfortable, with lots of places to put your feet up and snuggle with a book or movie. It also has a full Ping Pong table in the basement. Guest access The whole house is available to guests with the exception of two spaces that the owners close off; their private sleeping quarters, and a basement storage room. There is ample off street parking. Other things to note Our washer and dryer are located in the locked storage room so they are not accessible to guests. On the bright side, there is a great laundromat just three blocks away that will let you do drop offs. Our second bathroom is located in our private sleeping quarters and is also not available to guests. Keep that in mind if you have three or more children. Registration number RHL2017-00539
