106C - 2BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space No pets allowed as per owner. Our minimum age to rent is 25. One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Queen DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 38" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, griddle, standard coffee maker, waffle maker, two ironing boards, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals.
