Open kitchen w/dining for 4 + Berkey water filter. Bathroom tub/shower & ample counter/storage space. Romantic bedroom with velvet drapes, antiques, comfy queen bed, plenty of closet space & chandelier! Washer/Dryer. Sleeps 1-4. The space Welcome to the INVITING, COZY, SAFE and FRIENDLY PINK GUEST HOUSE that includes 8 (eight) uniquely fully furnished private apartments. It is a beautiful community of friendly, open, independent, curious travelers! Many folks are here on temporary work projects, internships, visiting family and friends, writing books, in living transitions, building houses, visiting from other countries! We are only blocks from downtown bistros, Saturday Farmers Market, YMCA, Boise Co-op, shopping and theaters and more! We primarily offer monthly or longer rentals, however occasionally have a one week opening so be sure and check! You will enjoy the inviting, homey and artsy atmosphere! The main house is a lovely 1901 Pink English Tudor and is surrounded by a lush grassy yard with sitting and dining areas, BBQs, big beautiful trees, fragrant flowers, squirrels and birds! WiFi, Large Smart +Apple TV Streaming with your subscription, central air, ceiling fans, space heater, free street car parking and bicycle parking area! Read a book and BBQ in one of the little court yards sprinkled around the house...or walk to the Saturday Market ...bike 16 miles up to Bogus Basin (our local ski resort) or the 30+ mile Greenbelt that runs along the Boise River...or hike the zillion trails in the Boise foothills. In the evening walk to one of the many incredible downtown or neighborhood bistros, pubs, or coffee houses. Then on to the Flicks Theater for a glass of vino with friends and a foreign film! With the intention of providing a healthy environment for our guests, we are a strict NON SMOKING home and property. We are also avid recyclers. For your well being, we also use human and environmentally safe soaps and laundry products. Come and be rejuvenated! :) Guest access Full access to common areas! Besides your private little patio area with seating for 4, we have community sitting areas around the house, fenced front yard, area to park bikes, and a community patio area with seating for 6+ and a gas BBQ.
