This house has, 6 bedrooms,6.5 bathrooms. Bose Surround system in both of our main living areas. Hammoks in the main courtyard, outdoor dining area next to the heated pool, sauna. The space Master bedroom with a king bed, with his and hers walking closet, and full bathroom, shower, double sink and of course the toilet, and outdoor shower. 2 junior suites with queen beds walking closet and full bathroom, shower, sink and toilet, each with a twin size convertible sofa. 2 rooms with queen beds, a regular closet and full bathroom, shower, sink and toilet, also each room with a twin size convertible sofa. 1 Loft with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. 2 main living spaces divided in the formal area, which includes formal dining room and formal living room, formal living room with a Bose surround system. The other living space includes a family room next to the kitchen, this family rooms has a seating area with breakfast area as well. This room includes a Bose surround system, Apple TV, local and satellite cable and DVD player. The kitchen is a professional kitchen with a 48” stove with double oven, 4 gas burners, one grill and one griddle. There are three wood fireplaces, in the formal living room, family room and in the master bedroom. There is one outdoor shower next to a dry sauna. The terrace has a direct view to the Agua volcano and to Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes. There is a terrace with a treadmill and stationary bycicle overlooking the volcano. On the terrace we have a BBQ area to be use with charcoal and propane gas., we can provide you with both. The house has Wi-Fi connection. 2 staff member, for cleaning only. There are two water fountains, one right in the middle of the house which is very traditional. If you need a cook we an provide you with a cook, remember it is cook not a CHEF, for an extra daily charge. If you need a shuttle to take you from the airport to Antigua I can help you with that as well. We have ironing board, hair dryer, full washer and dryer, this with an extra charge.
