This is a single family home located just 6 miles from Flagstaff near Lake Mary. The home is located in the forest surrounded by walking trails, biking trails and lake recreation. All our guests receive discounted rental rates at Lake Mary Fishing Boat Rentals. Rental items include kayaks, canoes, SUP's and motorized fishing boats. (CC Permit# STR-24-0579) The space This is a 3 bedroom detached home. The master bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom plus one more full guest bath room. The outdoor spaces include a sun deck and patio with fire pit as well as a covered deck that offers an outdoor dining space and BBQ grill. The home also includes DishNetwork, DVD player and full size washer and dryer for guest use. (Cellular service is excellent at hour home however there are no high speed/wifi companies that service the area.) Guest access Guests will be able access all areas of the home interior and exterior. Other things to note Boat rentals will require reservations in advance. Guests will be required to sign applicable rental agreements and provide deposits. The country store and boat rentals are open seasonally from May thru the end of September.
