House Rules are simple and they are as follows: 1. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas. 2. No parties or events are allowed on the property. 3. No additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation are allowed on the property. 4. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. 5. No pets are allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained. 6. The property must be left clean and tidy upon departure. Please dispose of all trash and recycle appropriately. 7. The guest will be responsible for damaging the property beyond normal wear and tear. 8. The guest is responsible for their personal property and belongings. The owner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 9. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Late check-out or check-in may be available upon request for an additional $150, subject to availability. 10. The guest agrees to follow all local laws and ordinances while staying on the property. 11. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement that states all the house rules before checking in.
