The SAS Apartment

Welcome to The SAS Apartment! **No cleaning fees** This is a walk-in basement apartment featuring 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 twin), 1 bathroom (shower), kitchen, and stacked washer/dryer. There are lovely irises and roses right outside your door in the blooming months. The space While this is a delightful apartment, it is an older home with the basement turned into an apartment. The living space is not ideal for large gatherings but is perfect for your quiet weekend get-away and perfect for visiting your college student! While there are no stairs in the apartment there are 3 steps down onto the patio outside to get to the apartment door and the lawn slopes down to those stairs. There is a handrail at the three steps. Bedrooms are set up with a twin & queen bed, with a couch in the living room that a person could sleep on. With prior confirmation, a floor mat or twin mattress can also be available from the host. There is a Smart TV and you can log into your Amazon, Netflix, Vudu, or YouTube accounts on it (please remember to log yourself out!). Guest access You will have access to all of the walk-in basement. The door to the upstairs will remain locked and the door to the storage/HVAC/water heater room stays locked. Other things to note There are cats that live upstairs - shared HVAC system makes this not an ideal location for those with severe cat allergies. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes.
