This home features a walkout balcony overlooking Park Street and a private back courtyard. The balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. The courtyard has an outdoor dining area as well as a fire pit for toasting s’mores. Fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and streaming TV services are complimentary. Parking is available street side or in private spaces behind the house. Your home is centrally located, surrounded by all of the fun activities Carlton Landing has to offer. Soak up the sun at the sandy swimming beach with access to paddle boards, life vests, and kayaks. The Tower and Boardwalk pools are also perfect for cooling down. Boardwalk features a hot tub. Nature trails, a playground, and family games scattered throughout the community are a few of the unplugged activities to enjoy while strolling around. Games include sand volleyball, ping pong, basketball and bocce ball.
