Entire house (bedrooms, bathrooms, living-dining rooms, entertainment cabinet (TV, stereo, dvd/video player), fully stocked kitchen, deck with jacuzzi & BBQ, garage & driveway. We live in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood called Kingswood Estates. It's very well kept and plowed during the winters, includes both vacation and permanent houses, and borders the North Tahoe Regional Park with wonderful walking trails and public tennis courts and fields. The Tahoe Area Regional Transit Bus picks up right at Kingwood Drive and Highway 267, so just a couple of blocks away, and takes you to the major resorts and around the lake. Guest access You are renting an entire house so you have your independence and access to the entire house ,deck with hot tub, and backyard. You are able to self-check-in/out. And you will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, with exceptional pots/pans and plenty of oils/spices to enjoy home cooked meals together.
