Guest access Besides the house, you will have access to our kayaks (2), canoes (2), paddle boards (4), floats (7), outdoor grill and outdoor fire pit/firewood and hammocks (2). There is also the option to rent an additional bedroom right next door if your party needs more than 3 bedrooms. Other things to note We will meet you before scheduled check in time to quickly go over amenities and "how to" and "where to" use/find everything that will make your stay more enjoyable. Year round tenant lives in the house next door and is very knowledgeable about main house and the Hampton Bays area, in case you need anything during your stay. Otherwise, he's in a completely separate area and out of the way.
