Pool and Hot Tub House West Linn, OR

Beautiful house in heart of West Linn's Historic Willamette featuring 3 bedrooms & 1 bath. Guests have use of kitchen & all areas in photos. Roku & Wifi. Private deck with seating. Walk to many great restaurants w/ outdoor seating. Willamette Park & River close. Multnomah Falls, Mount Hood & the beach within an hour away. The space I have 30 kinds of fruit in my yard. I am happy to share what is in season. Kiwis ripen in October. Please don’t pick those. Guest access The laundry room is available for guest laundry upon request with room to hang clothes to dry. Rental gives private use of "entire house" as shown in photos. Other things to note Pool is seasonal. Normally I have it open from Memorial Day (end of May) to Labor Day (first weekend in September). There is portion of the house that is locked off, not available for guests, and has a camera inside. The garage is also locked off, not available for guests and has a camera. No one will be there during your rental. These areas are not included in the photos or the "entire house" listing.
