Velero Penthouse The space The Velero penthouse is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator on Calle Mayor, a charming little pedestrian street. It is a very quiet street full of personal brand stores and bars with the aroma of artisanal coffee. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and all shops and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment. Sitges train station and bus stop are less than 10 minutes walk away. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, a dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with access to the private terrace. The room has a double bed (1.50x2 meters), large spaces to store your belongings and heating, there is also another open space with a double bed. The kitchen is American-style and equipped with everything necessary to prepare any meal. The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning. From there we have access to the private terrace with views of Calle Mayor. Equipped to sunbathe, have breakfast or enjoy a candlelight dinner. The Velero apartment is located on the same floor as the Barco apartment. There are 2 penthouses that can be booked at the same time and are ideal for 2 couples traveling together and who prefer to enjoy their privacy. PET FRIENDLY. Pets are welcome as long as advance notice is given. Please note: There are 8 steps to reach the elevator.
