Walking distance to the downtown area with breweries, wineries, restaurants, etc. flag hill park (awesome views at night of the cities). 10 minutes from oak Glenn apple orchards. The space I have quite a few extra amenities. My kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking. I also have an antenna for a few basic tv channels. Smart tv so you can log in to your accounts and watch either with ease. The second bed is the futon couch in the living room. the laundry room is a shared space with the other long term airbnb guests in the other 2 completely separate houses on the property Guest access Guests have access to the entire place which includes: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and outside dining area.
