The top level offers a bright and open floorplan including a fully stocked kitchen, large dining room table, and spacious living area with large sectional couch and flatscreen TV. The top level bedroom has a twin sized day bed with a twin sized trundle that pulls out, plus a workspace desk with printer for those looking to work from the beach. Access to the shared oceanside and rooftop decks are right through the slider doors. Enjoy incredible 360 degree views from the shared rooftop deck, the perfect spot to watch the dolphins swim by or catch a sunrise to start your day. On the second level you'll find the master suite with a King bed, private full bath with jetted tub and separate shower, smart TV, and it's own private deck. The bunk bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed with a twin trundle pullout, smart TV, plus an arcade style video game with all the classic games such as Pac Man and Tetris for everyone to enjoy. The third spacious bedroom has 2 Queen beds plus a smart TV. Ground level includes a welcoming foyer, large laundry room with washer and dryer plus an extra refrigerator. The spacious Queen bedroom with a private full bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and smart TV is near the elevator, which services all 3 floors. *Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Pet fee is $200 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. Breeds that are not permitted include Canario, Wolf, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Caucasian Mountain dog, Great Dane, Keeshond, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, German Sheppard, guard dog, or any breed with a history of biting. **A pet fee will incur on Emotional Support Animals. If you plan on bringing a Service dog, please provide proper documentation.** Dogs are not allowed on the beach strand of Kure Beach during the period of April 1st through September 30th of each year. Dogs on leashes are allowed on the beach at Fort Fisher year round. This property manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. This property manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
