Guest suite in Spencertown

Full ground floor apartment in a historic farmhouse in Spencertown, NY. Our 3-acre property offers privacy and a country setting, but is just a short walk to the hamlet's quaint Main Street. Our hot tub is open year round. Just a 7 min drive to Chatham and 25 min to Hudson & Great Barrington, this is the perfect spot from which to explore everything Columbia County and the Berkshires have to offer. The space There are two private entrances to the apartment. Double bed in the bedroom, full pull-out in the living room. Dining area, full kitchen and bathroom. Hot tub, hammock, grill and room to roam in the backyard. Guest access The apartment is all yours and there’s lots of space on the 3 acre property to wander and relax. Other things to note We have a (cute) dog. We can provide access to a washer/dryer for stays of seven days or longer. We have a chest freezer available to guests who stay seven days or longer. On rare occasions of extreme cold, there is a possibility the hot tub may not be available for use.
