There are three large bedrooms, Smart TV's, three full bathrooms, three floors, a large open kitchen & living room & an amazing outdoor living area. Foosball, pool table, hand shuffleboard & 65" Smart TV in basement! The space The main floor features a bedroom with a king-sized bed, Smart TV and a walk-in closet, a full-sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a spacious living room with a Smart TV and DVD player with a ton of great movies to watch, dining room that seats six and a full-sized kitchen which includes an island with four bar stools. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer for you to utilize as you wish. The upper floor features one loft style bedroom with king-sized bed, Smart TV and a walk-in closet, a full-sized bathroom with a standup shower with a bench seat with a ton of counter space and a loft style living room with a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed. There's a huge wrap-around porch, indoor electric fireplace, and outdoor wood-burning fireplace with comfy rocking chairs and additional seating on both front and back patios if you enjoy taking in the fresh air or dining outdoors! The finished basement boasts a third bedroom with two queen beds, a living room with a 65" Smart TV, foosball, hand shuffleboard, pool table, second stove/oven, additional counter space, sink, full bathroom with a standup shower, a bar and private entryway. The most popular fish to catch on the Chickahominy River are yellow perch, white perch, black crappie, channel catfish and blue catfish. The water is extremely deep off the end of the pier, approximately 40' deep. We have two kayaks and life vests available for guests.
