If you are looking for a comfortable stay by the sea, choose The Garden Flat. The space The Garden Flat is a bright and stylish holiday apartment. You’ll be welcomed into a spacious living area. Perfect for relaxing with your loved one, this space is both comfortable and sophisticated. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware so you can really make the most of your self-catering stay. You’ll also find a wooden dining table with four chairs. The bedroom features a double bed boasting premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure you have the best sleep possible. Modern and clean, the apartment’s bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, a WC and a basin. Head outside and you’ll discover a back garden of which the top terrace is exclusively for our guests to use. This terrace is gravelled and has potted plants, whilst also catching the sun all afternoon until early evening making it the perfect spot to relax on the seating provided. Turn right out of the back gate and it is only a ten minute walk to the seafront! Guest access Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to The Garden Flat are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. We provide a parking scratch card for your stay which gives you free on street parking in the 3L zones in Scarborough. Please note that there are 13 steps down to the main apartment door.
