The villa has an open fire place but due to health and safety reasons this cannot be used. There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the garage and up to a mezzanine level that is not accessible. The mature gardens are a delight with mature olive and holm oak and lead to a built-in barbecue and on to the gorgeous huge pool (12 x 7 mts.) with small waterfall feature. This is a great private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and also has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants.
