Lincoln and it's bustling downtown is approx 1.5 miles away, Loon Mountain 4 miles away. Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon is only a 10-15 minute drive. Kancamagus Scenic Highway right down the road. Clark's Trading Post and Whales Tale Water Park all within a 5 min drive. Covid-19 Update: Rentals are permitted in NH starting 6/5/20 provided that you are a NH resident or can self-attest to having self-quarantined for 14 days prior to arrival. Document will be provided at booking time to complete. This extends through mid June. Thorough cleaning of entire unit to include all surfaces, EcoLab Sanitizing spray (Covid recommended for commercial use)after unit cleaning, and all touch surfaces wiped down again with commercial grade disinfectant wipes at end of this cleaning.
