Our renovated two-bedroom apt. will make you feel right at home with its peaceful backyard, 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double), spacious living space, kitchen. No pets or smoking. The space The unit boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 double), separate living and dining rooms and kitchen, as well as a large storage room with laundry. The renovated kitchen comes with four recent appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave), and gives access to a quiet private backyard with pergola, garden and large mature trees. This carefully maintained condo is near all amenities of downtown Montreal, including several grocery stores, fruiteries, pharmacies, parks, restaurants, theatres and lively nightlife. You will love being able to walk everywhere, including parcs Au pied du courant, La Fontaine and des Faubourgs, and Place-des-Arts, all of which are within a 15-minute walk. You’ll also be at a walking distance from UQAM, and a few minutes of metro away from McGill, Concordia, Université de Sherbrooke, etc. There are several Bixi (bike share) stations within a five-minute walk of your front door and you are also a few minutes' walk to Berri-UQAM, Beaudry and Papineau metro stations, and have extremely easy access to autoroute 136 and the Pont Jacques-Cartier. Street parking is very easy and available with or without a vignette. Your neighbours will be respectful and lovely to get along with. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in this condominium and the apartment is non-smoking. NB: this unit is available for long-term rental (32 days and over) only. We do not rent for periods less than 32 days. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped and the unit comes complete with bedding and towels. Other things to note Street parking is free in Montreal but between April and December you must move the car once per week. From December to April it's important to stay up to date on parking restricts for snow. Visitor parking can be a challenge but it is available and free with a little looking around!
