The space The unit boasts 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 double), separate living and dining rooms and kitchen, as well as a large storage room with laundry. The renovated kitchen comes with four recent appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave), and gives access to a quiet private backyard with pergola, garden and large mature trees. This carefully maintained condo is near all amenities of downtown Montreal, including several grocery stores, fruiteries, pharmacies, parks, restaurants, theatres and lively nightlife. You will love being able to walk everywhere, including parcs Au pied du courant, La Fontaine and des Faubourgs, and Place-des-Arts, all of which are within a 15-minute walk. We do not rent for periods less than 32 days. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped and the unit comes complete with bedding and towels. Other things to note Street parking is free in Montreal but between April and December you must move the car once per week. From December to April it's important to stay up to date on parking restricts for snow. Visitor parking can be a challenge but it is available and free with a little looking around!
