The space This stunning property features three spacious bedrooms and two baths, ensuring ample comfort for your stay. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom equipped with convenient laundry facilities. The open concept living area is highlighted by a cozy wood stove, perfect for chilly evenings indoors. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is a delightful bunk room designed with children in mind. Step into the screened-in entryway, an ideal spot for unwinding with a good book, spending quality time with family or friends. Knights Hill is a four-season resort community on Moose Pond in Bridgton, an hour drive from Portland, 30 minutes to North Conway, New Hampshire. Only 6 min walk to the association beach, and less than a mile away from the pool. Kinghts Hill association of 278 private landowners, Moose Pond is among the regions, highest rated lakes. We are located within walking distance of Moose Pond Rental, a short drive to Pleasant Mountain, and a few miles to downtown Bridgton. This is a quaint community, and Good Neighbor Policy is in effect. Bridgton town and Maine state laws are in effect within the community. Community roads are town roads with a maximum speed limit of 25 mph. Tent dwellings are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Bridgton ‘s leash laws apply within Knight Hill. Guest access Full access with the exception of the crawl space and a privacy closet located in the kitchen. Other things to note This is a quiet community, and a Good Neighbor Policy is in effect. Bridgton town and Maine state laws are in effect within the community. Community roads are town roads with a maximum speed limit of 25 mph. Tents used as dwellings are not allowed (Children’s play tents are allowed.) Noise levels should not disturb neighbors. Town of Bridgton leash laws apply within Knights Hill.
