Apartment F2 of 50 m² very bright ideal for a family. Located in the heart of the village and close to all amenities: It offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as all the necessary appliances. A main room consisting of a functional kitchen opening to the dining area and living room. One bedroom with 4 bunk beds. A sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet. The space This pleasant apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our accommodation, which gives it a breathtaking view of the central square of the village, shops, restaurants and the forecourt of the church classified St Jean Baptiste. Very convenient for a group of travelers for hiking, trails or caving. Indeed, it is composed of: One bedroom equipped with two bunk beds that can accommodate 4 people with a window overlooking the main square of the village. A living room equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two people. This living room overlooks a fully equipped kitchen / dining room for 6 people. A bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet and a large shower cubicle in which you can even sit after a beautiful day of sports effort. Guest access At the bottom of the building is a small square that is a dead end you can eventually park in stop minute to unload all your belongings and suitcases right in front of our front door which is very convenient. - A tourist information point is located on the 2 nd floor, you will find the various brochures provided by the Tourist Office of the region, as well as many plans of walks and hikes provided by the hiking association of St Jean du Bruel (The getaway). Other things to note COVID 19 information: In order to ensure the safety of our holidaymakers and staff while providing you with peace of mind for your holiday, we have put in place new hygiene and disinfection measures as well as new operating methods to combat the spread of COVID-19. - Systematic disinfection of our apartments with a disinfectant of virucidal type (Standard EN 14476) and bactericidal type (Standard EN 13697). (Flat surfaces, kitchens, worktops, gas stoves, fridges, bathrooms, toilets and washbasins as well as all door and window handles, as well as for shared access (front door, stairs and railings ... ). - Latency of 2 to 9 hours respected between two stays. - Wear the mask strongly desired for entries and departures of travelers. Our friendly guests will wear a mask and use gel before entering or exiting. - Possibility to choose the entry without physical contact with key in a code box. Attention: - Pillows and duvets are on site but regarding linen, bed linen and towels, we advise our tenants to take theirs because of the extra cost generated by their systematic disinfection. However, we offer the laundry service for an additional cost of 10€ per bed for the full stay. (Double or single bedding + 1 or 2 towels). In this case, thank you for notifying us in advance.
