The Bollinger Duplex is a very comfortably furnished and spacious duplex located at 6909 Gulf Drive, in the preferred, quiet area of northern Holmes Beach. This property is located about one-half block to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can walk for miles in either direction on the white, sandy beaches. Together, these two units will easily accommodate fourteen people with three bedrooms. Four bathrooms with two king size beds, two twin beds, three sofa beds and a futon. There is a laundry room onsite for your use as well as an additional laundry bathroom to rinse off after a day at the beach. Each side does have a gas grill. The Bollinger Duplex is a one week minimum rental. . Parking is limited to five vehicles. Bollinger Duplex is a pet friendly property. You are vacationing in a residential area.
