BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ From November 1- April 15 please be aware of the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules pertaining to snow tires requiring M/S or M+S tires, snow tires (3PMSF), or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 3 vehicles. Winter Guided Arrival: - At the request of the town of Brighton to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm at the latest. This ensures we can provide assistance if necessary and helps to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it. Completely remodeled with new mattresses, this charming 3-bedroom cabin, called Uinta Lodge, is nestled against the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest and is an easy 400 yard walk from Brighton Ski Resort with ski access to the Great Western lift just up the road from the home (about a 3-5 minute walk). Make sure to wake up early to catch the stunning views of the sun rising against Mount Millicent. Enjoy evenings soaking in the private hot tub, taking in the breathtaking scenery. Amenities include WiFi, Roku TV, gas and wood fireplaces, hot tub, washer/dryer, and gas grill on the large deck.
