Beautiful lake Villa at the surrounded by forest.

We invite you to visit Western Masurian area to spend a wonderful time in our luxury villa situated right at the Pozen Lake shore (3 meters). From the big terrace you can enjoy the view of the whole lake as well as as surrounding Tabor Forest. Our house is ideal place for families seeking for active vacation time on water, bicycle in the forest as well as for people looking for a place for chillout and rest in the nature. It's also a paradise for watersports fans and fishing addicts. The space The Villa is located 3 meters from the lake shore. View from the terrace gives you unprecedenced feeling of beeing on a ship criusing on the water. The beach is located close to the building giving the option to use the water in a safe way for kids and adults. The terrace gives our guests the comfort of privacy and a possibility of beach life, BBQ, dining and chilling without the need of leaving the terrace. Beautiful view of the lake is available from 4 bedroom upstairs. Proximity of the lake gives our guest extraordinary experience and additional posiibility to see the place from the water side using kayak or SUP to see the canals between our lakes. Guest access You can use few bicycles, table tennis, Stand up paddle board, Boil King BBQ, Satellite TV, Netflix, HBO, Wifi. On the terrace you can play your favourite music with Airplay/Wifi. Right at the building you have a guest quay for our guest having or chartering a boat. You can moor two boats at the house. You can do a boat trip along the Elbląg Channel. The channel gives the possibility to reach Jeziorak Lake, Elblag, Gdańsk or even Baltic Sea. Aside building there is a private parking for two vehicles. In the summertime between June 15th and September 1st guest may be asked to leave the vehicles on the public parking in the area due to fire regulation. The parking can then be used tor loading/unloading. In the villa you'll find a bi-funtion sauna (Finnish and infrared) available for guest with additional fee covering energy usage and cleaning. The fee is 4PLN for used kWh which gives about 30PLN for hour of using finnish sauna and 15 PLN per hour for infrared sauna. There is an energy meter for sauna only to check the usage after your stay.
