Well-appointed Private Suite near Forest Park

Well-appointed private suite in a comfortable South St. Louis City home located in a trendy neighborhood close to the Forest Park, the Zoo, Tilles Park, Downtown, WashU, Clayton, and so many other popular venues. Perfect space for singles, couples, small families, and pet owners that desire a private, clean, and comfortable suite all within a short distance to most any hotspot. Popular restaurants and food favorites like Ted Drewes and Trattoria Marcella are within walking distance. Come enjoy. The space I am a pickleball enthusiast and often play in tournaments at high skill levels. I give lessons and instructions weekly and can offer you and your guests and opportunity to learn the game or play the game while you are staying and visiting. I have the equipment you will need if you do not have any. Come see why Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America and how easy and fun it is to learn and play. Guest access Guests will have full access to the downstairs private suite with private entrance. There is no access to the kitchen or other parts of the main house other than the suite. Please message me before you book and we can discuss details. During your stay I work most weekdays from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. I often have pickleball related programs on weekends. You are welcome to call/text me and I will try to respond as quickly as I can. If I am not available during check-in or check-out we will arrange for you to gain access to the suite as needed. I can be somewhat flexible on check-in and check-out times depending on other guests reservations and cleaning times. Please communicate with me prior to your arrival with any special requests. Other things to note Please note I have a very friendly yellow labrador retriever named Arnie. He stays with me and is loose in the upstairs of the home while I am at work or out of the home during the evening. If you like dogs you are welcome to interact with him. If you bring your dog please note that all pets must be taken outside at all times to do their "duty/business" in the yard. You should be responsible for monitoring your dog's behavior and whereabouts at all times. If your dog does not get along with Arnie (highly unlikely) you may be asked to make other accomodations and a pro-rated portion of your stay will be refunded to you.
